Jet Gold changes its name to Deep-South Resources inc and will start trading consolidated on November 16, 2016
Vancouver, B.C., Canada – NOVEMBER 15, 2016 – Jet Gold Corp. ("Jet Gold" or “the Company") (TSX-V: JAU) announces that it has received the approval to change its name to “Deep-South Resources Inc”. and to consolidate its common shares by a ratio of 2 old shares for 1 new share. The Company will start trading under its new symbol “DSM” and on a consolidated basis at the market opening on Wednesday November 16, 2016. Further to the consolidation, the company will have 37,083,316 common shares issued and outstanding.
